Filing a DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your judicial district (or if you are outside the United States, in any judicial district in which Green Bean Casserole may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.
